3. Avoid the starve/binge cycle. It is hard to break out of this habit if you are making yourself too hungry. If you avoid eating for hours on end and then overeat at your next opportunity you must break this cycle. Even a quick snack of a few almonds or a cheese stick can be enough to prevent a binge later on.
