How to lose weight quickly - Tips Shed pounds & keep them

As a personal trainer I know the struggles everyone is going through. I see them on a daily basis, but most people go to the gym and just keep doing the same thing but don’t get any results. This is the definition of insanity in my mind. DOING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AND EXPECTING A DIFFERENT RESULT.

This is much like working out. If you haven’t lost weight in 2 to 4 weeks it time to try something new. Everyone is different, so you have to find what works for you. So, lets dive into some tips that will teach you how to lose weight and keep it off for good.

Weight Loss Tip #1

Experiment. You need to find out what works for your body. If I do any kind of a leg workout they explode with growth. But, a friend of mine could work his legs for months and months and see nothing. So what you need to do is try everything and find what gives you the best results.

Try different weight lifting techniques, different cardio techniques, and so on….

Weight Loss Tip #2

This is similar to the first weight loss tip, but it involves your diet. If you want to learn how to lose weight, you need to learn how to diet correctly! First of all just make smart choices. The next step is experiment and see what works for you. Some people can always drink soda and lose weight while some may take a sip and gain 5 pounds.

Look at your diet, analyze it, and slowly tweak it to get the best results!

Weight Loss Tip #3

Now the very importantquestion onevery ones mind. “How do I keep weight off or in control”

This can be tough, because your body will adapt to what you are doing. You must always switch up your diets, workout routines, and the way you rest. It doesn’t have to be hard, and what I always have my clients do is just simply create 3 different programs to follow. You take program one and do it for 6 weeks, then go to number 2, then 3. Then start all over again.

This allows your body to always be challenged and did not plateau.
